Job Overview:
Mitech Software is seeking a talented and dynamic Web Developer to build and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for web development and a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies. You will collaborate with our design, development, and project management teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure web solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern websites and web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases.
• Work with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and interactive designs.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends, tools, and best practices.
• Implement security and data protection measures in web applications.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Maintain documentation for code, processes, and project requirements.
• Communicate project progress and technical details effectively with team members and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed web projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end technologies: Node.js, PHP, Ruby, Python, or similar.
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks like Bootstrap or Materialize.
• Understanding of web security protocols, such as HTTPS, and data encryption.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
