Position: Security Guard

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors by patrolling and monitoring the area, enforcing safety protocols, and responding to security incidents in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct regular checks of doors, windows, and security systems to ensure they are properly secured.
• Prevent unauthorized access to the premises and restrict access to certain areas when necessary.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents promptly and follow company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and guests with inquiries and directions.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, security breaches, and incidents.
• Report safety hazards, malfunctions, or suspicious activities to management immediately.
• Enforce building policies, regulations, and access control procedures.
• Assist with the enforcement of emergency procedures in the event of fire, medical emergency, or other incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert at all times.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult or emergency situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Valid security guard license or certification (if required by local laws).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to [insert weight] pounds.
